VILLA CASA MIA HOUSE RULES

- Stay shorter than 4 days, price is + 30%

- Advance payment contact owner for agreement.

- Additional bed 30 Eur/Night

- Final cleaning fee is 30 Eur

- Pets are not allowed

- A client is obliged to inform about any change of date and number of participants.

- In case that have more participants than in agreement total price will be increased for 30 Eur/night/each person.

- The stay check-in is at 2:00 PM of the first day ( between 2:00 and 11:00 PM ). Check-out is at 09:00 AM of the last day of stay.

- The keys of the accommodation will be given to the client by the accommodation owner at the arrival.

- Bedclothes and towels are available.

- The client is obliged to pay potential damage to the equipment caused during the stay in apartment.

- The client is obliged to follow house swimming pool rules and quite period.

- The client is obliged to advice owner 1 day in advance for events like party.
